Outage Resolved/Job Processing Issues Resolving

A further update:

The system is currently reporting that all queued jobs will be completed within the next 10 hours. Please refrain from retrying any jobs that failed to execute (stuck on the status "waiting" or "running") within the past two days for the next 12 or so hours. Please feel free to reply to this email with further questions or issues with the system. We apologize greatly for all the issues over the past two days. No one expected our hosting provider's data center to overheat, nor did we have a 100% functionality contingency for that. We are in the process of developing one.


Update: 6/23/24 7:40pm ----
We are aware of issues impacting processing of jobs including Data Import, Season Change, etc. These issues are a remaining side effect of the outages yesterday and the day before and should be resolved for tomorrow. Existing jobs with the status "waiting" should be run by tomorrow afternoon.

Resolution requires a total reboot of all systems, which will result in up to a two hour outage, so it is waiting to be completed tonight.
