What is HetrixTools?
HetrixTools (beta), launched in May 2015, was created with the purpose of giving webmasters a useful set of monitoring tools that would improve their efficiency and make their workflow simpler.
The platform you see before you is the result of thousands of coding hours, tens of thousands of lines of code, extensive QA testing, and countless cups of coffee.
We've custom coded HetrixTools from scratch, and not just the main features such as the blacklist monitor and uptime monitor modules, but also the support desk and billing system, because we wanted the final product to offer a premium experience for all of our clients, and we didn’t cut any corners in order to accomplish this.

It must deliver good, accurate, and clear results to the end user.
It must be secure in order to fully protect our users' data and privacy.
It must be able to scale in order to meet a higher demand as the user base grows.
It must be able to expand, so we can constantly add more features and tools.
It must be useful and efficient.

I believe that the goals we've initially set when this project was started are now fully met in order for us to open up the platform to the public. I am very excited to see these tools being put to work by the end users and I look forward to hearing their feedback. Our job here is far from being done, as we will constantly keep on developing new features to implement on the platform.

Not only do we use the Discord and Slack notifications in addition to the RAID monitoring and, on top of all, a functional status page, all for very affordable pricing; we couldn't ask for better.
The service has been great to monitor our own servers as well as our clients servers and their broadband connections for uptime.
HetrixTools provides us with the insights critical in maintaining a favorable reputation across all of our platforms and throughout the internet - the Slack integration are a massive bonus that keeps our team in the loop without disrupting regular work flows.
I've recently begun using the HetrixTools platform to monitor my email IP addresses to minimize the impact of blacklisting as well as website monitoring to be alerted in real-time of issues with my websites.
Very good platform and keep NOC team alert of any issues.
Love the new features with @HetrixTools where we can see how long our #nvme drives in our server has been used for and how often it has been rebooted.

HetrixTools has been nothing short of excellent. It's continually developed and improved upon, quickly reacts to changes and notifies our staff of any discrepancies. The API works great as well, and the service is affordable beyond belief compared to what it offers. Keep it up!
We have been using HetrixTools platform in order to monitor our significant amount of IPs throughout all our network. We have been looking for such a solution and opted for internal solutions until we found about HetrixTools. It does very well and beyond what it does with an excellent and unexpected customer services. The interface is slick and easy to use. Absolutely Recommended!

We've been monitoring our IP space recently for the past 4 months and found the service to be invaluable in ensuring our customers don't have issues with email deliverability. This company provides a valuable service at a reasonable rate compared to some other larger names out that charge much much more.
I use Hetrix from the beginning and I love it.
We use HetrixTools to monitor all of our servers and websites. We've been using many other services before, but none of those have fulfilled our needs like HetrixTools did. We saved a lot of time compared with other tools, it's just so easy to setup! The reports are very accurate and the WhiteLabeled Report page works like a charm! All in all, HetrixTools is the best solution on the market for monitoring Servers and Websites for both Individuals and Business.

HetrixTools has been a lifesaver. We've tested other platforms, but we always come back. The pricing is great alongside a very reliable platform that is easy to use as well. Being able to have separate accounts for all our employees and specific customers, allows us to be transparent while providing access when required.

We use Hetrix to manage our IP Blacklist status and then process the de-listing using the dynamic links. We came from another provider, great service and great price.
I've been using Hetrix Tools for 5ish years now.. free package 3 monitors one for each IP i have pointing to port 80 so as to emulate normal traffic with a telegram bot for intimidate warnings for down time. Never had a false positive .. NEVER and the up time monitoring for a free service is just.. stellar.
We've been using HetrixTools to make sure that the servers, our site and our customers' sites operate on are never down or have blacklisted IP addresses. We even configured HetrixTools to tell our team through Slack if something ever goes wrong. It's an intuitive platform and great for automated checks. We'd highly recommend it to anybody.
We have been using HetrixTools for around six months now, for uptime reports and IP blacklist monitors. The notification and maintenance systems are great and the API integrates well with alternative notification methods.
It has been a great service so far, I used to use mxtoolbox before and shifted to hetrixtools for about a month now. I find hetrixtools better and accurate with additional blacklists than mxtoolbox.
I will add a higher plan and shift all my IP checking to hetrixtools shortly. Keep up the good work (y)
We have been using HetrixTools for several years, from the beginning as a free package, then we decided to upgrade to a paid version, now we control more than 20 servers that we know are online thanks to HetrixTools.
We use both of your premium services for our business. Everything is clean, simple and very professionally designed.
We have recently deployed the Hetrix monitoring and blacklist monitors to all of our servers within our infrastructure. It has been incredibly valuable to us for both keeping track of our uptime in accordance with our SLA and also to receive notifications as soon as anything is disrupted. This has allowed us to proactively resolve availability issues before our customers are impacted. The SMS alerts are a great solution to speed up the response time to these faults.

A perfect tool to identify spammers before you receive abuse complaints. Value for the money.
I would just like to leave a mini review for this service as it is excellent! Their control panel is very easy to use, IPs are monitored automatically, and you are notified of any changes IE when your servers go offline and come back online again.
It is well worth the money. We are using the Business Uptime Monitoring package.
Support even let me know I forgot to update the title on embed code and suggested me to change the background colour so it blended with our website better, which I forgot to do been as I was revamping the whole website.

Using it to monitor uptime and track resource usage of customers managed VPS and Dedicated Servers. Also tracking IP addresses for shared hosting servers in the blacklist monitors.
We let people co-create across social media and email. To make sure invitations and notifications for collaboration projects don't get lost in spam filters it is of the utmost importance for us that our web-server doesn't get blacklisted. HetrixTools helps us to do so.

Guardian Hosting has been utilizing StatusCake over the past few months to monitor our servers uptime. Recently, we started to use HetrixTools to monitor the network of our cabinet. We're currently on the free plan, just testing the uptime of one of our IPs, and we also use the free IP blacklist tool to ensure our IPs don't get blacklisted. Luckily by using this tool, we managed to find out that every single one of our IPs that were allocated to us were blacklisted, and we found out easily had those delisted. Now, we use HetrixTools to ensure that we can show our clients a report of us maintaining a good network uptime, and a tool for us to make sure our IPs don't get blacklisted, and if they do, to get them delisted.

We've been using HetrixTools for a few months mainly for our public facing status page for our clients as we believe in transparency. The reports are really useful and extremely accurate, the best we've tried so far.
Although we are mostly using it for our clients to see, it's been very useful internally amongst our team too. I have been using the HetrixTools platform to monitor my website's uptime and my network's uptime in Dallas. I have also been using it to monitor about 300 IP Addresses to keep my network clean for my customers. I used this for 1 month then stopped, but I plan to use it long term now because the pricing is so great.
