We've designed our interface aiming for simplicity and efficiency, which is why it's extremely easy to add, search, modify, and overall manage your uptime monitors. With our responsive interface you don't have to go through countless slow page loads in order to get things done; we know that your time is precious, so we won't waste it.

Get Notified
Our platform will constantly check your Uptime Monitors, as often as every minute around the clock, and will notify you or your staff of any detected problems. You can create any number of Contact Lists, which you can assign to your Uptime Monitors. Configure notifications via Email, SMS, Telegram, PushBullet, Pushover, ntfy.sh, Slack, Discord, Mattermost, RocketChat, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, VictorOps, Zenduty, and Webhooks.

Take Action
You'll be notified as soon as an outage is detected, so you can immediately investigate the root cause of the downtime. All of your Uptime Monitors will generate insightful detailed reports containing recent or monthly history: uptime status, response times, outages, diagnostics, etc. You can even bundle up these reports into a Public Uptime Status page, which you can use to keep your users constantly informed of your service status.

We let people co-create across social media and email. To make sure invitations and notifications for collaboration projects don't get lost in spam filters it is of the utmost importance for us that our web-server doesn't get blacklisted. HetrixTools helps us to do so.
Elixant Technology has been utilizing HetrixTools for both Blacklist and Uptime monitoring of our IP ranges. Up until we started using HetrixTools we would spend countless hours each day checking our ranges IP by IP to ensure we were clean. Now, every day we receive notifications like clockwork letting us know if something is out of the normal! Not only has this made things easier for us, but also it gives us peace of mind every time we add more IP space to our network.
I've been using Hetrix Tools for 5ish years now.. free package 3 monitors one for each IP i have pointing to port 80 so as to emulate normal traffic with a telegram bot for intimidate warnings for down time. Never had a false positive .. NEVER and the up time monitoring for a free service is just.. stellar.

Guardian Hosting has been utilizing StatusCake over the past few months to monitor our servers uptime. Recently, we started to use HetrixTools to monitor the network of our cabinet. We're currently on the free plan, just testing the uptime of one of our IPs, and we also use the free IP blacklist tool to ensure our IPs don't get blacklisted. Luckily by using this tool, we managed to find out that every single one of our IPs that were allocated to us were blacklisted, and we found out easily had those delisted. Now, we use HetrixTools to ensure that we can show our clients a report of us maintaining a good network uptime, and a tool for us to make sure our IPs don't get blacklisted, and if they do, to get them delisted.
The uptime monitor has allowed me to get instant notifications of down time. HetrixTools sends me notifications before my hosting company even realizes there is a problem. This has been invaluable on keeping our systems up and running. Our employees are able to work within our extensive Intranet with minimal downtime.

I have been using the HetrixTools platform to monitor my website's uptime and my network's uptime in Dallas. I have also been using it to monitor about 300 IP Addresses to keep my network clean for my customers. I used this for 1 month then stopped, but I plan to use it long term now because the pricing is so great.

We use HetrixTools to monitor all of our servers and websites. We've been using many other services before, but none of those have fulfilled our needs like HetrixTools did. We saved a lot of time compared with other tools, it's just so easy to setup! The reports are very accurate and the WhiteLabeled Report page works like a charm! I've recently begun using the HetrixTools platform to monitor my email IP addresses to minimize the impact of blacklisting as well as website monitoring to be alerted in real-time of issues with my websites.

It has been a great service so far, I used to use mxtoolbox before and shifted to hetrixtools for about a month now. I find hetrixtools better and accurate with additional blacklists than mxtoolbox.

We've been using HetrixTools for a few months mainly for our public facing status page for our clients as we believe in transparency. The reports are really useful and extremely accurate, the best we've tried so far.
Although we are mostly using it for our clients to see, it's been very useful internally amongst our team too. We love how it also allows us to change the status message at the top at a moments notice very quickly if something went wrong i.e. one of our servers went offline, scheduled maintenance etc.
