I have also been using it to monitor about 300 IP Addresses to keep my network clean for my customers. I used this for 1 month then stopped, but I plan to use it long term now because the pricing is so great.

We've been using HetrixTools Uptime monitor for a few years, just to track a few links, very useful tools, we might not be the largest user of it, but it's certainly worth its merit of getting the job done. We even use it as a failsafe to track our Zabbix server.
We have recently deployed the Hetrix monitoring and blacklist monitors to all of our servers within our infrastructure. It has been incredibly valuable to us for both keeping track of our uptime in accordance with our SLA and also to receive notifications as soon as anything is disrupted. This has allowed us to proactively resolve availability issues before our customers are impacted. The SMS alerts are a great solution to speed up the response time to these faults.

Guardian Hosting has been utilizing StatusCake over the past few months to monitor our servers uptime. Recently, we started to use HetrixTools to monitor the network of our cabinet. We're currently on the free plan, just testing the uptime of one of our IPs, and we also use the free IP blacklist tool to ensure our IPs don't get blacklisted. Luckily by using this tool, we managed to find out that every single one of our IPs that were allocated to us were blacklisted, and we found out easily had those delisted. I've been using Hetrix Tools for 5ish years now.. free package 3 monitors one for each IP i have pointing to port 80 so as to emulate normal traffic with a telegram bot for intimidate warnings for down time. Never had a false positive .. NEVER and the up time monitoring for a free service is just.. stellar.

I would just like to leave a mini review for this service as it is excellent! Their control panel is very easy to use, IPs are monitored automatically, and you are notified of any changes IE when your servers go offline and come back online again.
It is well worth the money. We are using the Business Uptime Monitoring package.
Support even let me know I forgot to update the title on embed code and suggested me to change the background colour so it blended with our website better, which I forgot to do been as I was revamping the whole website.

Easy to track and monitor all, all in one place, same like Hostiso services, we love simplicity, easy to use and most important correct information.
Using it to monitor uptime and track resource usage of customers managed VPS and Dedicated Servers. Also tracking IP addresses for shared hosting servers in the blacklist monitors.
We are a small team who maintains heterogeneous dedicated servers for our customers. HetrixTools flexibility and Telegram integration is great for our needs. Plus, developer response is awesome when required a new feature for Server Agent.

It has been a great service so far, I used to use mxtoolbox before and shifted to hetrixtools for about a month now. I find hetrixtools better and accurate with additional blacklists than mxtoolbox.

We've been using HetrixTools for a few months mainly for our public facing status page for our clients as we believe in transparency. The reports are really useful and extremely accurate, the best we've tried so far.
Although we are mostly using it for our clients to see, it's been very useful internally amongst our team too. We love how it also allows us to change the status message at the top at a moments notice very quickly if something went wrong i.e. one of our servers went offline, scheduled maintenance etc.
