Other small bug fixes and improvements. -
Google Safe Browsing Blacklist Monitoring
We've integrated 'Google Safe Browsing' into our Blacklist Monitoring system, so from now on all of your domains will be checked against the Safe Browsing blacklists:
THREAT_TYPE_UNSPECIFIED
MALWARE
SOCIAL_ENGINEERING
UNWANTED_SOFTWARE
POTENTIALLY_HARMFUL_APPLICATION
This feature is available for all of our users, regardless of the packages they are on (free or paid).
The checks will be performed automatically, whenever your monitors are due to be checked, every X hours, based on which package you are on (i.e., free package every 24 hours).
Considering that we've just enabled this feature system-wide, if any of your domains are blacklisted on Google Safe Browsing, this will appear in your reports the next time your monitors will be automatically checked (max 24hrs from now).
The results will appear in your blacklist reports, just as with any regular RBL that is being monitored by our system.
Furthermore, if you do not want this feature for your domains, you can just ignore it, just as you would any other RBL:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/ignore-a-blacklist/ -
Location Fails Warning
We're introducing the `Location Fails Warning` which allows you to configure an Uptime Monitor to warn you if some of our monitoring locations start encountering issues reaching your monitored target.
This feature can be used for those very important/critical/sensitive Uptime Monitors, where you wish to be alerted of all the small downtimes and errors, so small or few that they'd normally not be enough to trigger an outage for your monitor.
Please take some time to read the documentation in order to understand how this feature works:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/location-fails-warning/
Setting the warning sensitivity will be entirely up to you, so you should be careful when setting up this feature in order to avoid receiving too many alerts. -
Windows Server Monitoring Agent

Improvements & New Features
We've worked on some interface improvements and ease of access implementations.
You can now modify the SSL/Domain Expiration and Nameservers Change Detection warnings for multiple Uptime Monitors at once, making it very easy to manage a large number of monitored websites (view documentation).
You can now also modify the Server Resource Usage warnings for multiple Uptime Monitors as well, making it easy to manage a large number of server monitors (view documentation).
The Uptime Monitoring Bulk Reports (Public Uptime Status pages) will now auto-refresh every 60 seconds, allowing your users to see the real-time status of your infrastructure, without having to reload your uptime status page.
The Uptime Monitoring Bulk Reports Announcement will also automatically reload every 60 seconds, so you can keep your users updated with news related to your outages, without them having to refresh the uptime status page constantly. You can read more about the Bulk Reports Announcements in our documentation: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/add-an-announcement-to-your-bulk-reports/
Server resources, if made public, will now show in your Uptime Bulk Reports, under the monitor's name (just like in your Uptime Monitors dashboard). Please see our documentation on how to make these specific resources public: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/resource-usage-privacy/ -
API – Add Website/Ping/Service/SMTP Uptime Monitor
We've added APIs for adding, editing, and removing Uptime Monitors.

The Basic Package
This has been a requested feature for quite some time now, and it will allow our Free users to get rid of the 'Activity Required' clause that requires them to log into their account at least once a month, in order to maintain the account and monitors active.
The price of the Basic Package is just a nominal fee of $4.95 per year. This symbolic fee will let us know that you have not abandoned your account, and we'll keep it active even if you don't log into it.
Considering there is no 'Activity Required' clause for any of our paid users, the Basic Package can only be ordered by our Free users.
If you wish to read more about this new feature, be sure to check out our documentation here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/the-basic-package/ -
Telegram Integration
We're releasing the Telegram Integration, which allows you to receive our notifications right in your Telegram app.
Please read the guide on how to start integrating your HetrixTools notifications into your Telegram app, in our documentation:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/telegram-integration/ -
Improvements & New Features
PHP Server Monitoring Agent - Allowing you to monitor your servers' resource usage even if you are on shared web hosting and do not have root access to the server. To find out how to get started, please see our installation guide.
The Shell Server Monitoring Agent install procedure now allows for easy configuration of monitored services. Service monitoring allows the HetrixTools Server Monitoring Agent to track the status of up to 10 services running on your server, and you can configure to be notified if any of them go down. For more info, please see our documentation on service monitoring.
Search for CIDR Blocks within your Blacklist Monitors. This has been a requested feature for some time now, and it allows you to search for specific blocks within your blacklist monitors (ie: 1.2.3.4/26). Allowing searches for blocks as big as /22.
Domain Expiration Monitoring and Nameserver Change Detection is now available for all of our Uptime Monitors that have a domain or hostname as a monitored target, as opposed to before when these features were available only for our Website Uptime Monitors.
White Label configuration now allows you to modify your logo's position on your White Label Reports (left, center, right). This can be done from your White Label Settings: https://hetrixtools.com/dashboard/account/white-label/
Minor other tweaks and improvements. -
Autocomplete Search
You can now search through your monitors much more efficiently with the new 'Autocomplete Search' feature.
This feature will automatically index your monitors' labels and categories, along with your most often searched terms (from your Search Cloud), and it will use this index in helping you autocomplete your search queries, making it so much easier to search and find what you are looking for, especially if you're managing a lot of monitors in your account.
It's all pretty self-explanatory, but if you wish to read more about this feature, be sure to check out our documentation article:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/autocomplete-search/ -
Low SMS Credit Warnings
We're introducing a highly requested feature, which is the ability to configure alerts to be sent out to you when you're running low on SMS Credits.
You can configure this from your Account Settings:
https://hetrixtools.com/dashboard/account/settings/
Read more about this new feature in our Documentation:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/low-sms-credit-warnings/ -
Improvements & New Features
Partial White Label now allows you to embed reports right into your website or billing system (just like Full White Label) - you can see the differences between Partial and Full White Label, in our documentation: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/partial-full-white-label/
All free accounts now have Partial White Label (as opposed to before when free accounts had no White Label available) - this means that you can start customizing all of your Blacklist/Uptime/Bulk Reports, with your own logo and colors, and even embed these reports into your websites, for free. Be sure to learn how to configure your White Label Settings, here: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/configure-white-label-reports/
SSL Certificate Expiration indicators (in the Uptime Monitoring dashboard) have been changed from 30/15 days orange/red, to 10/5 days orange/red, in order to accommodate the faster expiring certificates. More info in our documentation: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/ssl-certificate-expiration-date-monitoring/
Invoices that have added Account Credit to your account are now marked accordingly in your billing dashboard, so you can easily spot them. For more info see our Account Credit documentation: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/account-credit/
You can now change the Graphs and Dates orientation in your Uptime stand-alone and bulk Reports, from your Account Settings: https://hetrixtools.com/dashboard/account/settings/#uptime-monitor

New Server Monitoring Agent Released
We're very excited to release the new version [v1.05] of our Server Monitoring Agent.
This new version collects more data for you to have in your dashboard and in your uptime reports.
The agent code is open source and available for inspection on GitHub: https://github.com/hetrixtools/agent
Here are the new features in the v1.05 Server Agent:
System Uptime
IO Wait
Swap Usage
Multiple Disks Support (up to 10 disks) - view documentation
Service Monitor (up to 10 services) - view documentation
For the time being, Service Monitoring must be configured by editing the Agent script file on your server, but we do plan on making this process much simpler by allowing users to configure the services they wish to monitor, directly into the installation code on our platform; this should be released in the near future.
If you're running any Agent version older than v1.05 and you wish to take advantage of all these new features and metrics, you can upgrade your Agent by simply running the installation code again on your server. For more info, check our documentation:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/reinstallupgrade-the-server-monitor-agent/ -
SMS Credits Price Reduction
We're reducing the price for our SMS Credits even further, to a flat fee of only $0.10 (10 cents) per SMS Credit.
Furthermore, this will be the standard price no matter which package you are on, as opposed to how it used to be before, when you'd get a certain discount for SMS Credits based on your current package.
Please note that this change does not affect the number of monthly SMS Credits included in your package, it only affects the price for buying extra SMS Credits.
These changes come into effect starting on the 1st of September 2017. -
Improvements & New Features
We've worked to include all the time zones now (i.e., the +30 minutes, +45 minutes, etc). You can modify your timezone from your Account Settings.
Re-subscribe is now available when you click an Unsubscribe link, as we've had a few cases where users were clicking the Unsubscribe links by mistake and didn't actually want to unsubscribe from our emails. So, you now have the option to resubscribe on the unsubscribe page.
Bulk report Announcements now accept an empty body text, if you just wish to show the Announcement title on your Bulk Report.
Partial invoice payments are now possible using Account Credit. Meaning that if you have some Account Credit, you can now use it towards any of your invoices, even if it doesn't fully cover the invoice.
Improved MTR samples are now being collected on our Downtime Diagnostics. These samples are more comprehensive than what we've had before, but will take a bit longer to be collected (~1min).
Several back-end fixes and improvements. -
Improvements & New Features
Location Fail Log - A new way of diagnosing the cause of your downtimes, provides critical info collected from each of our monitored locations when they encounter problems verifying the online status of your monitored target (view documentation).
New Uptime Monitoring Webhooks - Having a better format than the older version, and containing more info (view documentation).
Introducing Server Monitoring Resource Usage Webhooks - So you can get webhook notifications regarding the resource usage of your monitored servers (view documentation).
New Discord Integration - You can now configure your HetrixTools Contact Lists to send out notifications directly to your Discord server (view documentation).
Improved Uptime Monitoring Design (for both desktop and mobile).
SSL White Label Reports - All of your White Label reports will now be served only via SSL, by default, with no extra configuration required on your part (thanks to Let's Encrypt). Be sure that your White Label hostname is properly configured (CNAME DNS record to reports.hetrixtools.com), more info in our documentation.
If you're encountering any issues with these new features, be sure to open a support ticket on our website and let us know about it. -
Improvements & New Features
Improved Downtime Diagnostics - Now generates MTR instead of Traceroute samples.
Introducing Maximize Workspace - Allowing you to take advantage of your entire screen, and use it all to display our Blacklist Monitoring and Uptime Monitoring workspaces.
Improved Auto-Refresh Timer - We've redesigned the timer to automatically detect if the user is working or not inside the workspace, and only refresh the interface if there is no user action, as to prevent disruptions to the user's workflow caused by the interface refresh.
When adding new Blacklist Monitors, you can now tick a box called "Keep this open" in order to keep the modal open, instead of closing it after each monitor added. This will speed up the process of adding more monitors, if you need to add them one by one.
Added the 'talosintelligence.com' RBL to our Blacklist Monitoring.
Released two new APIs, 'v2 Blacklist Report' and 'v2 Blacklist Report (with date)'. Which are improved versions of their predecessors v1 versions. You can find them in our API Explorer.
Introducing a few more settings, which you can find in your Account Settings:
- Open your Blacklist/Uptime monitor reports in a new tab (If enabled, the reports accessed from your Blacklist/Uptime monitoring dashboards will be opened in new tabs.)
- Blacklist Check API reports Public (If enabled, all reports generated by running the Blacklist Check API will be Public. Otherwise these reports are private and can be accessed only while logged in.)
- Newly added blacklist monitors Public by default (If enabled, all newly added blacklist monitors will be Public by default. Useful if adding monitors via the API and want to share the generated reports.)
Other various minor tweaks and improvements on our platform's interface. -
Improvements & New Features
We're excited to announce this new version release, which contains quite a lot of new features.
Account Credit - Used to manually and automatically pay your invoices (view documentation).
Block View - A simple way of viewing your IPv4 Blacklist Monitors, neatly grouped up in /24 blocks (view documentation).
Further blacklisting details - Contained in your blacklist reports (view documentation).
Server Monitoring Alert Frequency - A much-requested and needed feature, allowing you to set how often to receive alerts regarding your CPU/RAM/Disk/Network usage (view documentation).
PayPal Subscriptions - Will now be marked accordingly in our database (just like Stripe Subscriptions are), and in the near future you will be warned on your Invoice pages if you already have an active subscription, in order to avoid manually paying an invoice that will receive a subscription payment automatically at a later date.
Tweaks & fixes - To improve the loading speed of certain features/pages. -
Improvements & New Features
Blacklist Monitor paid users now receive advanced email reports (view documentation).
PDF Invoices are now being attached to the following billing notification emails: invoice generated, invoice reminder, invoice overdue, and invoice paid.
Enterprise [2h] Blacklist Monitoring package has been added to our website pricing page.
RBL virbl.dnsbl.bit.nl has now been removed from our platform (closed down).
Minor improvements and fixes. -
Blacklist Monitor Bookmarks
This new feature is extremely useful and could save you a lot of time when managing your Blacklist Monitors.
It basically allows you to save as a bookmark any searching and filtering that you've done in your Blacklist Monitors dashboard, so you can easily access different views of your monitors with just a click of a button.
Be sure to read the full documentation article: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/bookmarks/ -
SMS Price Changes
We're increasing the amount of SMS Credits that each paid package receives per month, and we're also lowering the price of extra SMS Credits.
All packages now receive 250% more SMS Credits each month than they were getting before, and extra SMS Credits are now up to 66% cheaper than before. -
Uptime Monitoring Scheduled Maintenance & Blacklist Monitoring Webhook Notifications
We're introducing two new features:
Uptime Monitoring Scheduled Maintenance - You can now easily schedule maintenance for any of your uptime monitors (view documentation).
Blacklist Monitoring Webhook Notifications - Receive webhook notifications when changes are detected in your blacklist monitors (view documentation).
And two minor adjustments:
Maximum label length changed from 32 characters to 64 characters for blacklist monitors
You can now easily set the rDNS as a blacklist monitor's label, with just a few clicks (view documentation). -
rfc-clueless.org - Website False Positives
We've been receiving a high number of complaints lately, about rfc-clueless.org and the fact that their website shows some domains/hostnames as not blacklisted, while our platform shows them as blacklisted.
Our platform queries these blacklists, like any email server does, via DNS queries, and the DNS queries show the checked domains/hostnames as being blacklisted by this RBL, even though their website says otherwise.
A simple way of checking this is to run in any Linux terminal the following command:
dig @8.8.8.8 YOURDOMAIN.fulldom.rfc-clueless.org A +short
If the response is '127.0.0.1' then your domain/hostname is blacklisted, regardless of what their website says.
Usually, the root cause of such issues is when their website data is not in sync with their nameservers data, thus giving out different results.
Considering that we have no affiliation with this blacklist, we cannot say if or when this issue will be resolved on their side.
For now, we're leaving this RBL active in our system, since it would appear the false positives only appear to be affecting their website, and not the actual DNS queries. -
Improvements & New Features
OneClick Maintenance Mode - Your Uptime Monitoring alerts will now include OneClick links that you can use to put your monitors in and out of maintenance mode, easily without having to log into your account (view documentation).
Specific Unsubscribe Links can now be found in the footer of most of our sent-out emails. This unsubscribe system is built in-house and allows our users to target specific categories of emails to unsubscribe from (ie: you can unsubscribe just from Blacklist Monitoring notifications, and still receive all other email types). You will not be able to use this system to unsubscribe from critical account emails, such as, but not limited to, billing emails, activity emails, etc.
Remove Monitors From Bulk Reports - Allows you to remove certain monitors from your Bulk Reports (view documentation).
v2 List Blacklist Monitors - This new API Call is the better and improved version of its predecessor 'v1 List Blacklist Monitors' (view documentation). We recommend everyone switch to this new API Call as soon as possible, as we will discontinue 'v1 List Blacklist Monitors' in the future.
v2 Blacklist Check Domain/Hostname - Long overdue, you can now blacklist check domains and hostnames via our API. The API Call can be found in our API Explorer.
White Label Reports have been slightly redesigned.
Announcements from Bulk Reports have been slightly redesigned.
Report Pages (blacklist, uptime, bulk) have been made a bit more mobile friendly. -
Improvements & New Features
Search Cloud for Uptime Monitors and Blacklist Monitors - Your most commonly searched terms are now just one click away (view documentation).
Pinned Uptime Monitors - Some monitors may need more attention than others, pin them to the top so you can always keep an eye on them (view documentation).
Uptime Monitor Maintenance API Call - You can now change the maintenance status of your Uptime Monitors via the API (view documentation).
Bulk Reports interface has been slightly redesigned.
Total in/out network usage for Server Monitoring stats has been added.
Opened the RBL Info section in our documentation [still work in progress].
Minor tweaks & fixes. -
Server Monitoring
We're introducing Server Monitoring, which is a new feature part of our Uptime Monitoring service.
By using our lightweight server agent, you will be able to collect real-time resource usage from your VPS or dedicated servers, configure alerts if any resource usage is too high, and even display these resources on your Uptime Reports, if you wish to do so.
As with anything else on our platform, we've aimed for simplicity and efficiency in both data collection and data management.
For all the info on this new feature, be sure to check out our documentation:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/category/server-monitor/ -
Improvements & New Features
Default Contact List - This feature allows you to easily select one of your contact lists as being the default contact list, making it simpler to add new blacklist monitors and uptime monitors to your account, having the default contact list always selected. (view documentation)
Blacklist Monitor Change History - You now have all recent blacklisting/delisting changes, neatly organized in your blacklist reports, so you can quickly see 'at a glance' what's been going on with your IP address or domain name. (view documentation) We've actually had this in our staff panel from literally the beginning of development, and it has helped us quite a lot in tracking changes and even discovering false positives. I'm not quite sure why we've never thought of implementing it publicly until now.
Auto-refresh is now visible on the 'blacklist monitors' and 'uptime monitors' pages in your dashboard. The auto-refresh feature has always existed, but had no visible indicators. Auto-refresh is automatically triggered when the user adds new monitors, and lasts until these new monitors are checked/processed. -
Improvements & New Features
Blacklist Monitoring:
Removed the dul.pacifier.net RBL - Giving a lot of false positives, and their website lookup form stopped functioning. [If/when issues are resolved on their part, we can re-add this RBL to our platform]
Removed the dnsblchile.org RBL - Failed queries, domain only resolves from a few locations around the globe, we tried contacting them, but our emails failed to reach them, due to DNS failure on their domain. [If/when issues are resolved on their part, we can re-add this RBL to our platform]
Added bl.rbl.scrolloutf1.com
Added all.rbl.webiron.net
Added babl.rbl.webiron.net
Added cabl.rbl.webiron.net
Added stabl.rbl.webiron.net
Added the ability to export lists of IPs/Domains as plain text (view documentation)
Uptime Monitoring:
Added the ability to quickly clone any of your existing uptime monitors (view documentation)
Added the ability to ignore notifications on small downtimes (view documentation) -
Invaluement RBLs
In this version, we're very excited to announce the partnership with Invaluement and as a result we're introducing their RBLs into our Blacklist Monitoring service.
Starting right now, all of your monitored IPs and Domains will also be checked on Invaluement RBLs.
IPv4 will be getting two new RBLs:
Invaluement SIP
Invaluement SIP/24
Domains will be getting one new RBL:
Invaluement URI
The query hostnames are private, so if you wish to add Invaluement RBLs to your email server spam protection, you will need to contact them directly, via their website: https://www.invaluement.com/
Delisting from Invaluement is also done via their website. Our reports will contain delisting links directly to the page you'd need to go in order to fill out a delisting request.
As with any RBL, if you do not wish to have it monitored in your account, you can simply ignore it by following the instructions in our documentation:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/ignore-a-blacklist/ -
New Uptime Monitoring Locations
We've deployed six new locations that you can monitor your uptime from: Dallas, Sydney, Sao Paulo, Tokyo, Mumbai, Moscow.
Furthermore, if you're on our free uptime monitoring package, you can now select monitoring locations, up to 3 from any of the 12 that we offer, and your history will be kept forever, just like on our paid packages. -
Affiliate Program Changes
Starting with 1st of December 2016, we're lowering the affiliate commission to 10%, but only for the newly referred users after this date.
Furthermore, report links will no longer act as affiliate links.
What does this mean for you, if you're an active affiliate on HetrixTools?
- Everyone that you've referred before 1st Dec. 2016 will remain on the 30% commission, and any of their future invoices will still give you 30% commission.
- Everyone that you'll refer after 1st Dec. 2016 will give you 10% commission from any of their paid invoices.
So, basically, this change will not impact your already established recurring income or the work you've put in so far, in any way; it will just impact future referred users.
The affiliate dashboard has also been slightly redesigned, in order to show each referred user and the specific commission you'd get from them. -
Sub-Accounts
We're introducing a much-requested feature, which is the ability to have sub-accounts for your team members. Using this feature, you can easily assign access levels for your team members, defining what they can and cannot do in your master account.
Please note that the sub-accounts feature is only available on our Business and Enterprise paid packages.
Inviting your team members and assigning their access levels is extremely simple, and it's all being explained in our documentation:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/sub-accounts/
Be sure to also read what each access level does, and what type of access it grants:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/sub-accounts-access-levels/ -
Add/Edit/Remove Blacklist Monitors via API
We're introducing four new API Calls:
- v1 List Contact Lists
- v2 Add Blacklist Monitor
- v2 Edit Blacklist Monitor
- v2 Delete Blacklist Monitor
The main focus is on the v2 ones, while the v1 call was introduced just to help our users fetch their contact list IDs that are to be used with the new v2 API calls.
These new API calls allow you to add, edit and delete blacklist monitors within your account.
It's extremely easy to get started, and you can test out your API calls in our API Explorer:
https://hetrixtools.com/dashboard/api-explorer/
Be sure to read the full documentation on these new API calls:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/api-add-blacklist-monitor/
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/api-edit-blacklist-monitor/
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/api-delete-blacklist-monitor/
These API calls can affect one IP or domain at a time, or even entire IP ranges or blocks, up to a maximum of 8192 IPs at a time. -
Domain Blacklist Monitoring
We're introducing a very requested feature, which is the ability to blacklist monitor your domain names.
You can now add your domains to be monitored, just like you've been adding the IPv4 monitors. For a full guide, please see our documentation:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/add-a-domain-name/
Domain blacklist monitoring works exactly the same as IPv4 blacklist monitoring, except the domains are checked against special RBLs which are made for blacklisting domain names (this being the reason why domains are only checked against ~50 RBLs, as opposed to IPv4 which are checked against ~130 RBLs). -
SMS Notifications & SMS Credits
We're introducing yet another method that you can get notified with, SMS text messages.
You will now be able to get Uptime Monitoring and Blacklist Monitoring alerts sent directly to your cell, by simply adding your number(s) to the desired contact list(s).
For more info on how this system works, please consult our documentation article:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/sms-notifications/
Each SMS notification sent will consume SMS Credits, based on how many phone numbers the notification is sent to. These SMS Credits are automatically replenished, based on your paid package, but if you need more SMS Credits, you can always purchase extra credits easily from your dashboard.
You can read how the SMS Credits work in our documentation here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/sms-credits/
We recommend that you test if your cell can receive SMS from our system before purchasing any SMS Credits. -
Bulk Reports Interface Tweaks / Ticket Documentation Live Assistance
The Bulk Reports (Status Pages) interface has been tweaked.
The new interface allows you to quickly change the report name, set or modify the announcement, Twitter feed, or password.
When opening a new ticket, you will instantly receive article suggestions from our documentation that could help you solve the problem you're about to open the ticket for.
In a lot of cases, this feature can provide faster answers than our support, so you won't have to waste your time waiting for answers if those answers are already somewhere out there. -
WebHook Notifications
We're introducing webhook notifications for our Uptime Monitoring service.
The documentation can be found here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/webhook-notifications/ -
Categories
You can assign categories to your Uptime Monitors. These categories are automatically used by our system to group the reports within your Bulk Reports (Status Pages).
This feature comes in handy especially when you're using the Bulk Report as an Uptime Status Page for your network, and you wish to group different types of servers or monitors to make it easier for your clients when viewing your network status.
The full documentation article on this feature can be found here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/categories/ -
Downtime Diagnostics
We're introducing Downtime Diagnostics for our Uptime Monitoring service.
What this does, is basically take a sample ping and traceroute from each monitored location when your Uptime Monitor goes down, and logs this info neatly in your Uptime Report. You can then use this information to figure out what has caused the downtime.
Downtime Diagnostics is enabled on all of our Uptime Monitors, by default, regardless of which package you are on.
By default, only the uptime report owner (while being logged in) can view the Downtime Diagnostics on the report page. You can change this in any monitor's "Advanced Settings" and make the diagnostics publicly available.
For further info on this new feature, be sure to check out the documentation article:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/downtime-diagnostics/ -
Timezone
We're introducing a very requested feature, which is the ability to set your own timezone in the account settings.
Your selected timezone will affect the time and dates in your client area, reports, and emails.
Be sure to read the documentation article here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/timezone/ -
Domain Blacklist Check
We've made the first step towards implementing Domain Blacklist Monitoring, which has been a requested feature for some time now.
So, we're introducing the Domain Blacklist Check, live starting right now on our Blacklist Check page:
https://hetrixtools.com/blacklist-check/
This means you can now blacklist check your domains or subdomains.
Our platform currently checks 51 blacklists specific for domains and subdomains. This number of checked blacklists may suffer modifications, as we're still tweaking the system. -
SMTP Monitoring
We're adding a much-requested feature: SMTP Monitoring.
This type of uptime monitoring will check the functionality of your SMTP Server to make sure it is fully working. It can even check your SMTP Authentication if you choose to. Our SMTP Monitoring will ensure that you get notified if your SMTP Service goes down or starts to malfunction, since it's not just a port ping, it actually verifies that your SMTP Service is working.
Learn how to get started with our SMTP Monitoring here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/add-a-smtp-monitor/ -
Dynamic Delisting Links
We're introducing dynamic delisting links for most of our monitored blacklists, which will speed up your workflow considerably, since you won't have to copy/paste IPs so much as before.
This means that the delisting links from your Blacklist Monitor reports will now contain the IP address that needs to be delisted, so when you reach the RBL website you're already presented with the IP lookup on their side.
We've managed to implement dynamic delisting links to 80 out of the 130 RBLs which are currently monitored by our platform, the other 50 blacklists not supporting this at all, so they remain with having regular delisting links.
Please note that not all RBL websites will trigger the IP lookup when you access our dynamic link to their site. Some of these RBL websites still require you to press the "Search" or "Lookup" button when you actually get to their website, but our platform will still fill in the IP address field there, so all you'll need to do is just press the button.
Also, please note that none of our dynamic delisting links will handle the actual delisting for you; they'll just trigger the lookup of the IP address on the RBL website (if supported by this site). -
Bulk Report (Status Page) Announcements
You can now post status updates in the form of announcements on any of your Bulk Reports (Status Pages).
This feature should be mostly useful for your Uptime Bulk Reports that are used to play the role of your Uptime Status page, where your users can see the real-time status of your network and servers.
By using this announcement feature, you can quickly and efficiently inform your users of any issues currently occurring with your server or network.
Be sure to read the full documentation article here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/add-an-announcement-to-your-bulk-reports/ -
Enhanced Maintenance Mode
The downtime that occurs while your Uptime Monitors are under Maintenance Mode is now visibly separated on your Uptime Reports page:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Screenshot_4.png
Furthermore, now the maintenance and non-maintenance downtime is logged in separately if you switch to maintenance mode while an outage is in progress. As opposed to before, when, if you did this, the entire downtime would have been considered non-maintenance.
You can read the following documentation article, which fully explains how Maintenance Mode is affecting your Uptime Reports:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/heres-how-maintenance-mode-affects-your-uptime-reports/ -
Out of BETA
Our platform is now officially out of BETA. However, we'll continue improving existing features and developing new ones based on user feedback.
-
Additional Setting
We're implementing some more settings to accommodate the needs of our clients, as follows:
Configure the default reports per page that are displayed in your Bulk Reports. Read more about this new feature in our documentation:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/default-reports-per-page-for-bulk-reports/
Make your White Label reports header fixed, which means it'll stick to the top when scrolling through your reports. Read more about this feature here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/fixed-header/
Sort through your Blacklist Monitors faster with this new feature that allows you to see just the Blacklisted IPs from your list. See the details on how it works here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/show-only-blacklisted/
If you wish to get plain text alerts from your Blacklist Monitors and Uptime Monitors, we've got that covered as well in this new update. You can now change these settings yourself easily from your account settings. Read how to do it in our documentation articles below:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/enable-blacklist-monitor-plain-text-email-notifications/
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/enable-uptime-monitor-plain-text-email-notifications/ -
Uptime Monitor Weekly/Monthly Reports
This has been a requested feature for some time now, and we finally got to implement it.
Starting right now, you will receive Weekly and Monthly reports regarding your Uptime Monitors.
These reports will be sent directly to your account's email address, not to the contact lists assigned for each Uptime Monitor.
The reports will contain a summary of the previous week or month, including how many outages each of your Uptime Monitors has suffered, along with the total weekly/monthly uptime percentage, and the total number of downtime minutes. Please note that the uptime percentage and the downtime minutes in these email reports contain both the maintenance and non-maintenance outages that your Uptime Monitors have suffered.
You can, of course, opt out of receiving these reports from your Account Settings, under the Uptime Monitor tab:

New Documentation / Filter RBLs in Bulk Reports / Initiate Manual Blacklist Check
New Documentation – our documentation has been slightly re-designed for better structure and to allow instant searches. You can now ask a question or type in keywords in the documentation search bar to get instant answers, check it out at: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/
Filter based on RBLs in Bulk Reports – this feature is widely used on our Blacklist Monitors page, so we thought of porting it over onto our Blacklist Bulk Reports as well. You can read how it works here: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/filter-based-on-rbls/
Initiate Manual Blacklist Check – allows you to start a blacklist check on all of your blacklist monitors, whenever you wish, on demand. Read more about it here: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/initiate-manual-blacklist-check/ -
Edit Label / Group Set Label / Group Change Contact List
We're introducing some features which have been requested by several of our users in order to make their workflow easier and more efficient.
Edit Label – allows you to quickly add/edit/delete labels right from your blacklist monitors table.
Group Set Label – allows you to select multiple blacklist monitors and modify their label all at once.
Group Change Contact List – allows you to select multiple blacklist or uptime monitors and modify their contact list all at once. -
PushBullet/PushOver/Slack Integration
We've redesigned the contact lists so you can now add PushBullet Notifications, PushOver Notifications, and Slack Integration to any of your contact lists.
These three new ways to get notified are available for all packages, without any package-specific limits. -
Public Reports Facelift
We're getting rid of all the extra fat in the non white label public reports, meaning that when seen by anyone other than their owner, these reports are now much more presentable, without our top menu links and footer links.
Here's an example:
https://hetrixtools.com/report/blacklist/94beb333674e79473df869779aa7b425/
These changes only affect the non white label public reports, since the white label reports come by default with a different clean design. -
bad.psky.me RBL Added
We're adding the RBL 'bad.psky.me' to our database of blacklists against which our system tests all of your IPs.
If you do not wish to have this RBL active in your account, you can simply ignore it as described in our documentation here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/ignore-a-blacklist/ -
Live Queue Status & Live Detected Outages
We're introducing the Live Queue Status and the Live Detected Outages in the client area dashboard and on our website front pages.
Live Queue Status - Show the live status of the entire Blacklist Monitoring Queue.
Live Detected Outages - Shows the live outages detected by our Uptime Monitoring System.
The statistics displayed are not account-specific; they are global for our entire system. -
Ping Monitoring & Company Info
We're introducing a much-requested feature: the ability to ping a host or IP address in your Uptime Monitors.
Please read this to avoid PING false positives: https://docs.hetrixtools.com/avoid-ping-false-positives/
You can also convert any Service Uptime Monitor into a Ping Uptime Monitor by editing it and removing the Port Number. (This can go back and forth, either way.)
You cannot, however, convert a Website Monitor into a Service or Ping Monitor, or vice versa.
We're also introducing a new setting in your Account Settings, which allows you to add your Company Information, which will replace your Name and Email on all of your invoices. The lack of this feature has been proven to be an inconvenience for some of our clients who represent companies, and we couldn't ignore this issue. -
Barracudacentral Some False Positives
Barracudacentral's nameservers have started issuing some false positive results.
As always, when we notice such an issue, we configure our system to pay special attention to the results it gets from these RBLs and check everything several times to make sure it's accurate, but there's only so much we can do until the nameservers on Barracudacentral get fixed up. -
Redesigned Monitors Interface & Filter Blacklist Monitors By RBLs
We've redesigned a bit the blacklist & uptime monitors interface to have less clutter and be simpler and easier to understand for our new users.
We're also introducing a new requested feature that allows you to filter your blacklist monitors based on one or more RBLs, meaning you can display just the monitors that are listed on your selected RBLs.
Extensive documentation on this feature can be found here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/filter-based-on-rbls/ -
API Access & API Explorer
We're pleased to release a feature which has been requested quite a lot lately, version 1 (v1) of our API Access.
For now, v1 contains just a handful of API Calls available for our users, and we're considering expanding it further in the future, based on clients' needs. That being said we will not be adding any add/edit/delete calls in v1 of our API, this version will be used only to retrieve info from your account, meaning you'll still have to do every adding/editing/deleting of your monitors via our interface.
In order to make it easier for our users to understand our API, we've built the API Explorer, accessible in your client area:
https://hetrixtools.com/dashboard/api-explorer/
You can read up on the API Explorer documentation here:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/api-explorer/
We've also updated our pricing pages to reflect the maximum monthly API Calls each package has. The number of API calls adds up for all of your packages, for instance the Free Uptime Monitor package has 100 monthly API Calls and the Free Blacklist Monitor package has 100 monthly API Calls, which means that a totally free account will get 200 monthly API Calls. -
Embedded Full White Label Reports & Changeable Icon Colors
We took a step even further into customizing your Full White Label Reports.
You can now embed these reports into your website or billing systems (such as WHMCS).
We've written a small guide in our documentation on how you can embed your report links into your website:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/embed-full-white-label-reports/
The tutorial is quite short and simple, and it only requires minimal HTML/CSS knowledge to make all of this work. -
Bulk Reports (Status Pages)
Introducing a much-requested feature: Bulk Reports (Status Pages).
You can access it here, in your client area: https://hetrixtools.com/dashboard/status-pages/
What this feature does is basically allow you to bundle up several of your Uptime or Blacklist monitors into one single report, called a Bulk Report.
The Bulk Report will be assigned a unique link that you can share.
We're still developing several aspects of Bulk Reports, so it's not all ready just yet.
Here's the current progress:
Ready: Create bulk reports.
Ready: Share bulk report links.
Ready: Share bulk report white label links.
Ready: Ability to create bulk reports from the Uptime or Blacklist monitor pages (from group actions).
Ready: Ability to add more monitors to an already existing bulk report from the Uptime or Blacklist monitor pages (from group actions).
Ready: Bulk reports documentation.
The features still in progress will be released in the near future, no current ETA; however, you can start using Bulk Reports right now. -
sorbs.net - False Positive
A couple of sorbs.net's nameservers were issuing false positive responses, causing some false positive alarms in our system as well.
We've identified the faulty nameservers and have blocked them in our system so that they won't be queried anymore.
Thanks to everyone who reported this issue. -
Fixes
Fixed an issue where, sometimes, when adding an uptime monitor, the tracking would start with 1-2 minutes of downtime.
This issue had a very low occurrence rate and should now be completely fixed. -
Blacklist Check
We've done several improvements to our Blacklist Check widget that can be found on the home page of our website.
We're also dedicating an entire page to it, which can be publicly accessed, used, and shared:
https://hetrixtools.com/blacklist-check/
You can link directly to an IP blacklist check by simply adding the IP address at the end of the blacklist check URL, like so:
https://hetrixtools.com/blacklist-check/1.2.3.4
These changes and improvements were triggered by the fact that more and more of our users are using this blacklist check tool and we wanted to make their experience even better. -
Improvements
Wider content area for the screen sizes that allow it.
Ability to change Contact Lists for any Blacklist Monitor or Uptime Monitor right from the monitors list.
Improved/easier way of adding Blacklist Monitors to your account.
Improved the blacklist check method for faster and even more accurate results.
Like always, a big 'Thank You' to our clients for their feedback. -
Documentation
We've opened the documentation section of our website, and it can be accessed via this link:
https://docs.hetrixtools.com/
You'll also find it present on all of our menus across our website and platform, named "Docs"
The documentation is filled with guides and tutorials on how you can use our platform for your monitoring needs.
If you notice anything missing from our documentation, be sure to open a support ticket and let us know about it. -
Uptime Monitoring
We're pleased to introduce Uptime Monitoring!
It's now extremely easy to monitor your website or service uptime and know exactly when it goes offline, so you can take immediate action in order to minimize the downtime duration. -
White Label Reports
Introducing the White Label system, which allows you to customize your reports and make them your own.
You have the option to add your own domain/subdomain, title, logo, favicon, page colors, and backlink to your website.
To get started, head on to the White Label settings page in your account.
We're offering two types of White Label:
Full White Label - everything mentioned above, with no trace of HetrixTools brand on your reports.
Partial White Label - will still use HetrixTools favicon, plus "Powered by HetrixTools" text will be found in the page title and in the footer of your reports.
To see which type of White Label is included in your package, be sure to visit the pricing page on our website.
If you have any questions or concerns, be sure to open a support ticket. -
Ignoring RBLs
Introducing the much-requested feature: ability to ignore certain RBLs
How does it work?
You can ignore any RBL from any report that you own; you will notice the 'Ignore' link next to each RBL. (You can just as easily Un-Ignore any ignored RBL)
Please note that ignoring an RBL will be account-wide, meaning all your monitored IPs will start ignoring that RBL from then on.
If your IPs are listed on an RBL that you choose to ignore, this will generate an email notification regarding the changes in RBLs your IPs are listed on once the next checkup is automatically run.
Ignoring any RBL will take full effect once the next automatic checkup is run.
As always, we value your feedback, and we thank those who submitted tickets and gave us feedback on our platform; keep it coming. -
Improvements & New Features
Introducing our in-house custom-built support desk, you can open a new support ticket from anywhere on our website from "Support > Open Ticket".
Added PayPal subscription button for invoices to allow users to subscribe to our services easily without having to manually pay invoices every month.
Further improvements on false alarms -
Improvements
Removed 24 RBLs that were either dead or useless.
Improved our detection system to reduce the number of false alarms. -
New Website & Featured Clients
Along with the new website design, we’ve introduced ‘featured clients’ on our home page, a place where we’ll feature some of our clients who agree to it beforehand. If you have a company or work for one, and you’re using our platform to monitor your IPs and/or uptime, and you’d like to be featured on our homepage, please contact the Support department on our website to discuss it further. By agreeing to be featured, you’d be allowing us to put your company’s logo, name, and link on our website.
-
Improvements & New Features
Re-designed front-end pages for a more pleasant user experience.
The following RBLs would sometimes give out false negatives; it has been fixed now: cblless.anti-spam.org.cn, cblplus.anti-spam.org.cn, cbl.anti-spam.org.cn, cdl.anti-spam.org.cn.

We have been using HetrixTools for several years, from the beginning as a free package, then we decided to upgrade to a paid version, now we control more than 20 servers that we know are online thanks to HetrixTools.
I use Hetrix from the beginning and I love it.
Just wanted to say I've been meaning try your services since you launched and just got around to it last week... I'm testing with the free tier and I'm super impressed! Your company has exceeded my expectation and IMHO better than your competitors. Honestly, surprised to see this great of a service in so little time. Keep up the great work, I should be upgrading sooner than later to professional!
Elixant Technology has been utilizing HetrixTools for both Blacklist and Uptime monitoring of our IP ranges. Up until we started using HetrixTools we would spend countless hours each day checking our ranges IP by IP to ensure we were clean. Now, every day we receive notifications like clockwork letting us know if something is out of the normal! Not only has this made things easier for us, but also it gives us peace of mind every time we add more IP space to our network.

We are using HetrixTools to have a global view on our gaming server network, why lose time to develop a tool when Hetrix managed everything for us?
We've been using HetrixTools for years to monitor our domains and dedicated server nodes. The platform's Server Agent provides a centralized view of resource utilization, helping us keep track of performance and ensure smooth operations. It has been invaluable in maintaining server health and quickly identifying potential network and hardware issues.
Great tool to monitor in Internet our company reputation and maintain defense against attacks.
We have recently deployed the Hetrix monitoring and blacklist monitors to all of our servers within our infrastructure. It has been incredibly valuable to us for both keeping track of our uptime in accordance with our SLA and also to receive notifications as soon as anything is disrupted. This has allowed us to proactively resolve availability issues before our customers are impacted. The SMS alerts are a great solution to speed up the response time to these faults.
We've gone through several server monitoring solutions but weren't able to find something that met our needs. This changed once we started using HetrixTools. The platform proves an eloquent solution, monitoring our servers & displaying our status to customers has never been more convenient.
Both our employees and customers derive value from the clean and simple public status page in order to troubleshoot issues and identify potential problems.
On top of this, interactions with the HetrixTools team have been very pleasant - they are fast to respond and provide solutions.
I been trial the service for long time and I found that it is reliable, therefore I am moving away from Pingdom as they aren't what they used to be.
Ha - HetrixTools launched the same year (almost the same month!) that I started my website! :) It took me three years to learn about the service and start using it - and now it's been around seven years that I’ve been a happy HetrixTools user.
The service is excellent – it alerts me when something’s wrong so I can fix it quickly, and it doesn’t trigger false alarms (just as important!).
A reliable, silent partner that’s been with me for years – no fuss, no pompousness.
HetrixTools deserves all the praise it gets. I've tried several alternatives, but HetrixTools remains my favourite uptime monitoring tool – and I'd even dare say: it's probably one of the best on the market.
Relja
HetrixTools has been a lifesaver. We've tested other platforms, but we always come back. The pricing is great alongside a very reliable platform that is easy to use as well. Being able to have separate accounts for all our employees and specific customers, allows us to be transparent while providing access when required.
We love it, has helped us detect outages on all of our systems to make sure our clients have the best experience possible.
HetrixTools Blacklist Monitors helps us keep an eye on activities from our dedicated servers, VPS cloud and datacenter colocation customers. The regular updates really go a long way towards helping our techs stay pro-active in detecting possible outbreaks and notifying customers of issues that require their attention.
We use it for blacklist monitoring and uptime monitoring. This service has been a big help to us by getting notifications when our servers are down or an IP of ours is on a blacklist.
We let people co-create across social media and email. To make sure invitations and notifications for collaboration projects don't get lost in spam filters it is of the utmost importance for us that our web-server doesn't get blacklisted. HetrixTools helps us to do so.

We've been monitoring our IP space recently for the past 4 months and found the service to be invaluable in ensuring our customers don't have issues with email deliverability. This company provides a valuable service at a reasonable rate compared to some other larger names out that charge much much more.
HetrixTools allows us to ensure that all customers have the best experience possible, and root out those who abuse our network.

We use HetrixTools to monitor our entire infrastructure. The Opsgenie integration works seamlessly to alert our team to any downtime, and makes HetrixTools a fantastic platform for us.
We've been using HetrixTools for a few months mainly for our public facing status page for our clients as we believe in transparency. The reports are really useful and extremely accurate, the best we've tried so far.
Although we are mostly using it for our clients to see, it's been very useful internally amongst our team too. We love how it also allows us to change the status message at the top at a moments notice very quickly if something went wrong i.e. one of our servers went offline, scheduled maintenance etc.
We would highly recommend this company for any business.
Knowing an IP is listed, and quickly troubleshooting reduces support requests, and increases customer satisfaction, HetrixTools provides us with the tools and reports that gives us the time to react much more efficiently than other similar services.
That, translates to even more satisfied customers and better reputation for our own services.
HetrixTools asegurar que nuestros clientes no tengan problemas para enviar correos.
HetrixTools ensures that our customers do not have problems sending mail.
I've been using Hetrix Tools for 5ish years now.. free package 3 monitors one for each IP i have pointing to port 80 so as to emulate normal traffic with a telegram bot for intimidate warnings for down time. Never had a false positive .. NEVER and the up time monitoring for a free service is just.. stellar.
We are using it for the monitoring of all our IP's used. And we LOVE your service.

Using it to monitor uptime and track resource usage of customers managed VPS and Dedicated Servers. Also tracking IP addresses for shared hosting servers in the blacklist monitors.
We at Ertomedia use HetrixTools to monitor all the hosting servers for our client's website and the results are satisfactory. Plus there is also the option to customize the status report in accordance with our brand is a value added compared to other services.

The uptime monitor has allowed me to get instant notifications of down time. HetrixTools sends me notifications before my hosting company even realizes there is a problem. This has been invaluable on keeping our systems up and running. Our employees are able to work within our extensive Intranet with minimal downtime.
HetrixTools has been nothing short of excellent. It's continually developed and improved upon, quickly reacts to changes and notifies our staff of any discrepancies. The API works great as well, and the service is affordable beyond belief compared to what it offers. Keep it up!
We've been using another monitoring platform since our inception. We stumbled across HetrixTools monitoring whilst searching for a blacklist monitoring service and are glad we did. The feature set and pricing point is amazing and the documentation and support are fantastic.
Love the new features with @HetrixTools where we can see how long our #nvme drives in our server has been used for and how often it has been rebooted.
We are thrilled to share our positive experience with HetrixTools. Since switching from UptimeRobot, we have been impressed with the amazing features that HetrixTools offers. We are currently using their uptime report, which is displayed on our website to keep our customers informed and updated - https://status.gossdhosting.com/
Undoubtedly, HetrixTools is one of the finest uptime providers we have ever joined, and we are happy to be their customer.
Thank you for providing such an exceptional uptime monitoring service.
I've recently begun using the HetrixTools platform to monitor my email IP addresses to minimize the impact of blacklisting as well as website monitoring to be alerted in real-time of issues with my websites.
Guardian Hosting has been utilizing StatusCake over the past few months to monitor our servers uptime. Recently, we started to use HetrixTools to monitor the network of our cabinet. We're currently on the free plan, just testing the uptime of one of our IPs, and we also use the free IP blacklist tool to ensure our IPs don't get blacklisted. Luckily by using this tool, we managed to find out that every single one of our IPs that were allocated to us were blacklisted, and we found out easily had those delisted. Now, we use HetrixTools to ensure that we can show our clients a report of us maintaining a good network uptime, and a tool for us to make sure our IPs don't get blacklisted, and if they do, to get them delisted.
We have been using Hetrixtools for the past three years, and it was always perfect. Not only do we use the Discord and Slack notifications in addition to the RAID monitoring and, on top of all, a functional status page, all for very affordable pricing; we couldn't ask for better.
It has been a great service so far, I used to use mxtoolbox before and shifted to hetrixtools for about a month now. I find hetrixtools better and accurate with additional blacklists than mxtoolbox.
I will add a higher plan and shift all my IP checking to hetrixtools shortly. Keep up the good work (y)
HetrixTools provides us with valuable external monitoring that we can trust. The analytics logged during outages prove extremely valuable in determining commonalities between issues to aid in resolving the underlying issue(s) faster.
Experience has been good, easy to use, navigate around the platform... Good way to keep an eye on IPs.
It will help us keep spam from our hosting to a minimum.

HetrixTools provides us with the insights critical in maintaining a favorable reputation across all of our platforms and throughout the internet - the Slack integration are a massive bonus that keeps our team in the loop without disrupting regular work flows.
We use HetrixTools to monitor all of our servers and websites. We've been using many other services before, but none of those have fulfilled our needs like HetrixTools did. We saved a lot of time compared with other tools, it's just so easy to setup! The reports are very accurate and the WhiteLabeled Report page works like a charm! All in all, HetrixTools is the best solution on the market for monitoring Servers and Websites for both Individuals and Business.

An essential service for monitoring our servers and customer servers.
I have been using the HetrixTools platform to monitor my website's uptime and my network's uptime in Dallas. I have also been using it to monitor about 300 IP Addresses to keep my network clean for my customers. I used this for 1 month then stopped, but I plan to use it long term now because the pricing is so great.
I would just like to leave a mini review for this service as it is excellent! Their control panel is very easy to use, IPs are monitored automatically, and you are notified of any changes IE when your servers go offline and come back online again.
It is well worth the money. We are using the Business Uptime Monitoring package.
Support even let me know I forgot to update the title on embed code and suggested me to change the background colour so it blended with our website better, which I forgot to do been as I was revamping the whole website.
We use both HetrixTools's Blacklist monitoring and Uptime monitoring services now.
Congrats Andrei/HetrixTools
Best regards,
Chris
As we are in the hosting industry, sometimes we have clients who abuse our network. We use HetrixTools to monitor our IP's to see if we are on any of the blacklists. HetrixTools does the job, and it does it very well.
We use Hetrix to manage our IP Blacklist status and then process the de-listing using the dynamic links. We came from another provider, great service and great price.

Boom Host has been using your Business Uptime Monitoring features for the past 5 months or so. Both our NOC and Server Admin teams just love your service and the great features you guys offer through sub-accounts.
Very good platform and keep NOC team alert of any issues.
HetrixTools has saved us a lot of time over the years. This platform offers great value!
Easy to track and monitor all, all in one place, same like Hostiso services, we love simplicity, easy to use and most important correct information.
We like the easy access to data and making reports. Also reputation issues just became much easier to solve in the daily operations. This is just what we waited for - love disruption.
To keep a closer eye on the health of our entire IT system, we employed HetrixTools. When it comes to keeping our network clean for customers, we've been using this tool as well. It's been more than four years into our relationship with HetrixTools. We've saved a lot of time, thanks to HetrixTools. Our services have benefited greatly by using this platform!
Interactions with the HetrixTools staff have been a pleasure as well since they answer quickly and offer solutions when requested.
We are a small team who maintains heterogeneous dedicated servers for our customers. HetrixTools flexibility and Telegram integration is great for our needs. Plus, developer response is awesome when required a new feature for Server Agent.
Hetrixtools has been fantastic since day one, we use it to monitor IP blacklist, services downtime and monitor agent to monitor our disk healthy. Really recommend to everyone.
We use both of your premium services for our business. Everything is clean, simple and very professionally designed.
We have been using HetrixTools for around six months now, for uptime reports and IP blacklist monitors. The notification and maintenance systems are great and the API integrates well with alternative notification methods.
We've been using HetrixTools Uptime monitor for a few years, just to track a few links, very useful tools, we might not be the largest user of it, but it's certainly worth its merit of getting the job done. We even use it as a failsafe to track our Zabbix server.
We’ve been using HetrixTools to monitor our servers and showcase our uptime SLA publicly, and it has been an excellent experience. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and packed with features that make server monitoring effortless.
The uptime reports are detailed and professional, providing our clients with full transparency about our services. The public status pages are a fantastic way to build trust, as they clearly demonstrate our commitment to maintaining high availability.
Additionally, HetrixTools' alerting system ensures we’re immediately informed of any downtime, allowing us to address issues proactively and minimize disruptions. Their pricing is competitive, and the level of service they provide is truly exceptional.
We highly recommend HetrixTools to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-rich server monitoring solution. It has become an essential part of our operations.
The service has been great to monitor our own servers as well as our clients servers and their broadband connections for uptime.
